Pre-Yoga Exercises

Pre-Yoga exercises are for anyone that wants to practice yoga but isnít sure how to start.  These exercises will prepare your back and neck, muscles and joints for the traditional yoga postures.  You will practice simple yet highly effective strengthening and lengthening practices, balancing techniques, breathing exercises and stress reducing methods and remedies.  These exercises and modifications of the yoga postures will make yoga accessible to anyone.
