This class is energetic but accessible to anyone in average health no matter what your age. Connie designed this joyful class to bring out the personal best in anyone. This class includes all of the foundational yoga postures, basic adjustment, breath work and relaxation techniques that increase mental focus which may improve memory. Yoga postures reduce friction on the back and joints, increases stability, and improve strength and flexibility in the legs, arms and back while improving circulation, flexibility, strength and bone density.
