Manifestation Workshop

Manifestation practice is a process of bringing dreams and goals into reality by focusing your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions on that outcome as if it has already happened. It is rooted in the concept that what you focus your mind on has the power to shape your experiences. This workshop is uninterrupted time devoted just for you to dig into yourself. We will start with journaling and answering questions about Self-Love. Then, digging into who you really are and what you truly want in life. You must know who you are to know what you really want, or you could be pursuing the wrong thing for years. Then, we will move on to the techniques to manifest what you want including mindfulness, gratitude, journaling, scripting, ancient visualization techniques, creating your own unique affirmations, meditations and more! You will use these techniques for the rest of your life. 


When you align your thoughts with your intentions every day, you can attract the things you want in life such as weight loss, wealth, happiness, writing a book, getting healthier, speaking in front of an audience, finding Mr. or Mrs. Right, opening a business, expanding artistic abilities, improving relationships, manifesting your dream career, or anything else your heart desires.

Belly Dance Class

Thursdays, 6:45 p - 7:45 p

Feel beautiful, be Beautiful. Belly dance slims your thighs, hips and buttocks and elevates your mood. Learn how to shimmy, undulate, roll and move your hips in a very unique way.  It's fun and interesting and you will get an hour of aerobics in without even noticing you are working out. Belly dancing is a celebration of life!

Beginner's Journey into Yoga

Sundays, 10:30-11:30 a.m.

I am excited to take this new journey with you. It is very important to learn the foundational techniques that apply to all yoga postures including alignment, breathing techniques and mental relaxation exercises. You will learn how to use the yoga props made popular by B.K.S. Iyengar, learn about the Ayurvedic connection and better understand your body/mind connection. You will feel the energetic healing effects of yoga from the very first class. Though it is possible to start in one of the other classes, if you do not have previous experience, please consider starting in this beginner class. Yoga unites the electrical current of your body, your breath and the waves of your mind to create harmony and soothing synthesis in the depths of your being!

Yoga Online Live!

This is an energetic yoga class for anyone in average health and some experience with yoga.  We start with some good shoulder/neck warm up to abdominal work and then on to sun salutations, standing poses, intermediate hip openers, balancing poses and back bends.  A great way to get in excellent condition and balance body, mind and spirit. Slow Flow Restorative Yoga

Wednesdays, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This is a class designed for anyone who sits in an office chair, has a few aches and pains or needs to relax. This is a gentle yet active class as you will be doing standing poses, balancing, gentle back bends, etc. It is designed specifically for the beginner, for stress relief or if you have joint pain or mobility issues.  You will be getting up and down from the floor or you can do everything from a chair.  

Great way to end the day!

Workers Favorite Flow

Now explore a new dynamic level of yoga as your inner adventure takes wings upon paths toward deeper awareness, dynamic posture, skilled technique, expansion of body and mind, alignment of the joints, deep breathing, and at the end, supreme relaxation. The Midday Motivation class is very similar to this class. This Personal Power class includes deeper positions...advances your technique...fosters good health, strength and flexibility. Connie reveals that great flexibility isn't what makes a more advanced yoga practitioner...but rather true Yoga mastery lies in keen body awareness, focused attention and consistency to deepen your experience of release in yoga postures. In this combination of hold and flow style, Connie will guide you to hold each pose while observing your mind/body releasing its tension. This class includes deeper mastery of all traditional yoga postures and techniques based on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga.

Midmorning Hatha Yoga

T/TH 10:30- 11:30 a.m.

Connie designed this joyful class to bring out the personal best in anyone. This class includes all of the foundational yoga postures, basic adjustment, breath work and relaxation techniques that increase mental focus which may improve memory. We will use chairs, straps and blocks to ease your joints open safely. Yoga postures reduce friction on the back and joints, increases stability, and improve strength and flexibility in the legs, arms and back while improving circulation, flexibility, strength and bone density.
