Anyone can practice yoga because yoga is about your body and not some image of beauty or health or perfection. The most important thing about yoga is understanding your body and doing only what is right for you. That is the whole point. You may even come into a yoga class and need to meditate more than you need the poses or your body may need to have a deep physical workout.
